Hydrocodone L484 What Is That
8 Topics FoundL484 white oblong. I may have mixed up Tylenol and hydrocodone in the same bottle ## Hi, Kathy! How are you? The tablet with the L 484 marking contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so it's a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. In the future, it would probably be best to leave them in their appropriate bottles, to avoid possibly dangerous mix-ups. Is there anything else I can help with?

1 REPLY Filed under Pain ReliefI have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). I hope this information helps! ## I can look different ways but if the pill has the letter L be...

It's generic for Vicodin. The exact doses are: Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg ## NO! L484 is NOT Vicodin, this is nothing more than Acetaminophen 500mgs, no other ingredients, it is a generic or store brand Extra Strength Tylenol.
4 REPLIES Filed under HydrocodoneTABLET, WHITE WITH M357 MARKING ## "M 357 is a narcotic pain killer, a generic Vicodin. It contains 500 mg of Acetaminophen + 5 mg of Hydrocodone. This particular pill is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals." 3 REPLIES Filed under Vicodini recently got my prescription of hydrocodon 7.5-500. some of them say m385 and some say L484. is this a error by the pharmacy ## Did you mean to say M358 instead of M385? If so, the pill which you are describing is in fact Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (7.5 mg) as you described. L484 only contains Acetaminophen (500 mg). This sounds like it is an error by the pharmacy. If you haven't already addressed this issue, I would definitely recommend going over there to let them know what happened and see if you can get your money back or receive an equal amount of Hydrocodone to supplement the difference in pills.
