But the smaller numbers do refer to the Hydrocodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever, so the higher the number, the higher the dosage and the stronger the medication. Was given RX Hydrocod/acetaminophen 7.5-325/15ML every 4-6hrs. Can you also use liquid tylenol 500 mg over the counter together, alternating? ## You should not combine OTC tylenol with any prescription meds that also contain tylenol. You may want to call or see your Dr or dentist if the rx you were given isn't helping the pain. ## I Ran out of my hydrocodone/ acetaminophen 10-325 T.
