How To Use Morning After Pill

When ever I am constipated on and off I take Dulcolax 2 tabs before bed. My stomach is cleaned for that day but the next day am constipated again and the whole day it effects my mood. Can I take this laxative everyday will it becomes habit forming and always make me constipated Please advise _ Thanks

Many oral contraceptives can be used as emergency contraceptives, but you shouldn't do so, unless you doctor has approved, because it requires taking multiples, at once, depending on the dosage of the hormones in them. It's really best to use the tablets that are specifically made in the correct dosages for this purpose. Have you consulted your doctor about the issue? Have considered just taking the Oralcon daily as a contraceptive to prevent pregnancy? That is much safer than using the emergency contraception.

If so, when it comes to drugs, there isn't really an allowable limit, per se. The way any medication can affect any given person varies, which is why such markers are used to determine someone's level of impairment. I absolutely HATE HATE HATE taking this pill in the morning and having to drink a full glass of water, and then waiting another hour before coffee or food. I understand that morning is the optimum time, but do any of you take it other times, like at bedtime? Any adverse affects? ## I have no experience with using this, but have you tried asking your doctor or pharmacist if changing the time of day that you take it will make a difference? Hi. I'm now on prednisone but I took it at night instead of morning as on the instructions. And I took only 5 not 6 pills. Does any of this make a difference? ## Correction I'm on Prednisolone ## Not taking the correct dosage can definitely make a difference, as you may not be getting enough of the medication to actually clear up the condition being treated. What did you take only 5, instead of 6, as instructed? As to the time of day, that isn't really significant, as long as you spread the doses out properly. If it says to take 6 the first day and 5 the second day, then that means you should keep them 24 hours apart. I have a questions. I had an unprotected intercourse and a day after I missed two pills on my last week of my pack. (Day 18 and 19) I've been taking this pills for a year and have tried a three months with no break. I had an intercourse on Thursday night and I forgot to take the pill on Saturday and Sunday. I have been reading all of the reviews of this drug so would like to know if perhaps taking half the initial dose would give the body time to adjust to it. ## Even though they say not to split the pills, my gyne told me to start with a half at night. After trying Sonata for chronic insomnia, my doctor put me on Lunesta. At first, I took 1 mg which just made me sleepier and grumpier. So she moved me up to 3 mg. I have been on suboxone for about a year now and I'm wondering if I or my Dr is doing something wrong? I feel normal all day, but when I wake up in the morning, I feel like I got hit by a bus.
