How To Contact Actavis
38 Topics FoundI have been dispensed dihydrocodiene. The manufacturer is Actavis. The pill is about 5mm round in size and shape, white in color, and is imprinted on one side with the letters C,D,H. The letter 'C' appears at the top and letters "DH" appear as a "second line" imprint below the "C". I'm trying to discern that the medication has not be switched or substituded as it was purchased from a pharmacy that gossip about says substitutions happen. Is this medication what it says it is? ## I work for the manufacturer & the tablets certainly is the right size & has the right markings on it. It would be impossible to advise on its authenticity on a forum though. If you are doubt about receiving fake tablets, contact the MHRA, the pharmaceutical regulatory b...
I picked up my prescription for lorazepam and this one just looks different than any that I have seen it has the actavis logo like a crescent moon or something and 59 on one side and the othe side is scored. It is small and white and the pharmacy is closed until monday and I just cannot find the pill online to double check it.. anyone? put my mind at ease? ## Hii, Dear friend, just go to online pill identifier library on net to find out exact brand.Otherwise ,you can contact nearest Drug office in your city to confirm...Or just share brand name/company name on blister/bottle pack u have !! Hope u got this....have a good day ## I have also gotten some lorazepam recently that has 57 on one side and the actavis cresct on the other... I too have been unable to confirm this visually on any w...
Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now Actavis, Inc); located at: Morris Corporate Center III 400 Interpace Parkway Parsippany, NJ 07054 Contact Details: Phone: +1 862 261-7000 Website: actavis.com ## Hi Alice, I appreciate you sharing the contact info for Actavis, as I imagine that they are probably getting swamped with complaints from manufacturing inferior products such as Norco. Hopefully enough to trigger a change back to the old formula. I also want to mention though, that the phone number for U.S. Customer Relations is different than the one you posted to their "Administrative Headquarters". The number listed on their webpage for Customer Relations is +1 (800) 272-5525. However there's no mention of what office hours they hold on any given day, so if you are able to get th...
I have been told by CVS that Diltiazem CD 120 mg cap is discontinued ## I haven't been able to find anything on this, but you are not the first person who has been told that by their pharmacy, so I can only assume that it's correct. The best suggestion I can make in this case is to contact your doctor and ask about getting an alternative medication prescribed. Running out and missing doses could be very dangerous, so you definitely need to avoid doing that. Does anyone know more about this? ## If Diltiazem 180 was discontinued, it's interesting that I just picked up my prescription today. Was told by CVS several months ago that Warfarin in 3mg pills was not available, but I found out it was. They apparently just switched suppliers. ## I have taken Diltiazem CD for about 10 y...
These new A333's are a joke.. I have had multiple lower back surgeries as well as multiple screws and rods. I have been in PM for 5+ years. About a month or so these A333's came in to CVS and I might as well be eating tic tacs. They have no affect whatsoever excpet making me feel sick. No pain relief at all. Does anyone know if it is just CVS dispencing these? It almost feels like I am going through withdrawals with these ## I am very sorry that these aren't working for you. I don't know what the problem is, but there have been a lot of complaints about them. I think you should report it to the FDA, you can call them at 888-463-6332. The only other suggestion I have is to contact your doctor and ask about trying a different medication. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it...
Guanfacine Hydrochloride, 2mg. How much does the total pill weigh? I'm trying to figure out precisely what percentage of it is guanfacine. ## @Ryan, It sounds to me like you may have to invest in a scale in order to best determine the weight. All of the drug monographs I've seen for this particular pill made by Actavis don't really go into much detail other than the size (8mm), shape (round), color (orange), and imprint (WATSON 453). However, if it's of any help, here is the list of inactive ingredients it contains outside of Guanfacine: Anhydrous lactose + D&C Yellow No. 10 + FD&C Red No. 40 + Povidone K29/32 + Stearic acid + Microcrystalline cellulose + Aluminium oxide Perhaps you could also try contacting Actavis directly for more specific details regarding th...
I too had my RX medication refilled (again) at Walgreens, but this time (When I did not take my RX Tylenol with it, like I always do) I noticed, that I have been given a different Brand of medication (A Generic Brand/MFG by-ACTAVIS). My "Norco-Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 5-325/TB" did not work as prescribed or even when I took 3 pills at one time (because 1 nor 2 pills didn't work/relieve my pain). I believe I have been given FAKE NORCO/Hydrocodone pills (white/#2172 on them) from Walgreens Pharmacy. Today I contacted the DEA & FDA via email and requested that they investigate my complaint as soon as possible. ## Hi Lisa, Sorry to hear about your experience with these new 2172 hydrocodone/acetaminophen tabs. There are actually several discussion threads here on MedsChat co...
I got my diazepam prescription filled and it contained pale blue tablets. Blank on one side and on the other C scoreline DC. Are they genuine made by Actavis? ## Hi angela, This diazepam appears to be real and is noted to be a 10mg tablet. The identity of this tablet has been confirmed by a third party site and not by the manufacturer however, as they do not list their products on their webpage. For this reason it may be a good idea to contact them directly to verify its identity, although from my perspective and based on information I've seen, I would deem it as being real. Did you order these pills online? ## C CD Seem to do the job! Only thing is off Non Drs They change the codes quite a lot! but everything can be ripped these days ! So just try 1 is what i do. ## I have gotten t...
can someone tell me what this round dark pink or maroon with rugby on one side and 3875 on other. ## From what I've heard, the "rugby" imprint has been discontinued for quite some time. Rumors suggest that it used to be an imprint that Watson Pharmaceuticals used on their over the counter meds... However, Watson has since been taken over by Actavis; and Actavis (as of August 2016) has since been taken over by Teva... Having said this, I would still encourage you to try contacting the manufacturer directly for more specific details... Another option is to have the tablet analyzed by a lab. Does anyone else here recognize this pill? ## Hydroxyzine from the 1990s
Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. However, you could also contact Actavis (Teva) directly for more specific details at: tevapharm.com/contact_us I hope this helps! Please post back if you have any updates! ## What's a round dark green pill that's has haft moom on it and say...
Prenatal RX Tablet Oval White A 171 - actavis totowa ## Just to confirm, the white oval pill marked A 171 is a Prenatal RX (27-0.5mg) multivitamin tablet. It is commonly prescribed for pregnant women to help prevent them from being deficient in needed nutrients and to help ensure a healthy baby. Other important information: Prenatal RX belongs to the drug class of iron products and vitamin and mineral combinations. You may need to contact the manufacturer Actavis Totowa for details on an exact nutrition and dosage profile.
I'm told that since the Watson company was sold, that their name would not be on the promethazine + codeine prescription anymore. Is that true? ## @Jabnet, Interestingly enough, even though Watson is now known as Actavis, for the longest time I've continued to see the Watson logo still depicted on many of their tablets. However, what makes this even more confusing is that as of August 2016, Actavis was acquired by Teva; so it would probably be difficult to tract down the Watson name on various products if they keep passing the baton from one company to the next every few years. Furthermore, Teva's webpage lists their promethazine and codeine as separate meds (not as a combination product). I think your best bet for up to date product details may be to contact Teva directly a...
Blue, 10/ 972 and upside down d ## Hi Aubrey, I'm sorry to say I'm having trouble finding an exact match to your pill- but I believe the logo may be the Watson (which is now Actavis) pharmaceutical's logo so therefore it may have been manufactured by them. I'll post their contact information down below, if you'd like you can talk with them about your pill. Does anyone else recognize this pill? Watson (Actavis) Contact: Global & U.S. Corporate Headquarters Morris Corporate Center III 400 Interpace Parkway Parsippany, NJ 07054 +1 (862) 261-7000 Distribution Headquarters Anda Distribution 2915 Weston Road Weston, Florida 33331 +1 (954) 217-4500 +1 (800) 331-2632 (US Toll Free) Click this link to be directed to the contact page of their website: actavis.com/en/Contac...
I have a white oblong pill that just has A5 on it. I cant find info on it anywhere. Is it supposed to be oxycodone? ## There are white round Oxycodone (5mg) pills that are marked with A5, but I haven't come across an oblong one yet. For verification, the round ones are manufactured by Actavis and carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2876. You could contact Actavis directly to find out if they switched from round pills to oblong pills... Otherwise, if yours isn't from a licensed pharmacy then I can only assume that it's counterfeit, foreign, or something else altogether. Hope this helps!
What is this very small round white pill with a Fancy R on one side & it is scored on the other? ## Hi KAB, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did determine who the manufacturer might be, based on your imprint. Actavis Pharmaceuticals happens to be one company that uses the fancy cursive-like "R" on one side of their pill with a set of numbers & a score line on the other. I would actually recommend contacting them directly regarding your inquiry, to see if it's really one of their own. You can reach Actavis U.S. Customer Relations at: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this info helps. Please feel free to post back once you figure out what it is!
Small, tan oval shaped pill with 1/2 moon and #20 on it. ## While I can't find an exact match to your pill, I did determine who a possible manufacturer may be. Actavis Elizabeth LLC (formerly known as Watson) manufacturers tablets with what appears to be a half moon logo, similar to what you described. They happen to have a Suboxone tablet with a half moon logo and the #155 on one side. I'm not insinuating that this is your pill, but it could possibly be a similar drug if it ends up being from the same manufacturer. That said, I'd recommend contacting Actavis directly regarding your inquiry, to see if it's truly one of their own. The Actavis (U.S.) Customer Relations number is: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps!
Never seen a pill this color I'm thinking its some type of designer pill since i can't find it and the source it came from. ## Hi Sloth, While I'm not exactly sure what pill you have there, I do know that Actavis Pharmaceuticals is known for putting a half moon logo on their tablets. That said, I'd probably encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly for more specific details on what this might be. NOTE: As of August 3rd 2016, Actavis has reportedly been acquired by Teva Pharmaceuticals, so any reference to Actavis is now a part of Teva; whom you can reach via email at [email protected] (for product information inquiries). Whereabouts did you get it from? ## I am having the same problem identifying this pill. Have you had any luck? ## Hydroxyzine 25mg... Cla...
Please tell me if there is an EXACT replacement for the Watson 392 generic for Percocet. I know Watson has purchased Actavis. I have been taking the Watson 392 for years and the substitute does not help me at all. I take in combination with Fentanyl. Are there other companies that make the "Watson 392" configuration under a different number and name??? I have contacted Actavis several times to see if they have an exact replacement and they have not replied to any of my e-mail. CVS has substituted a Actavis that is supposed to be the same and it isn't. It does not work for me. The number is A333. This is an Endocet substitute and Endocts have never worked for me. ## I don't have an answer...ALL of the Watson Percocet users are miserable now..myself included. Actavis is no...
Round beige pill crescent moon on one side the other side is either 311 or 3h. I believe it's made by actavis but not sure what kind of pill this is and can't find anything about it during my searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## The closest match I've seen here by Actavis was a round "pink" pill with a crescent moon on one side and 311 on the other. That particular tablet reportedly contains 60mgs of Morphine sulfate ER. I think your guess about the manufacturer being Actavis is spot on, due to the crescent moon. However, my opinion is that it would probably be best to contact Actavis directly in order to verify the ingredients. You can reach their U.S. Customer Relations Department at: +1 (800) 272-5525 I hope this helps!
So recently I received a white Watson 853 that looks identical to the yellow ones; size, shape, imprint. Everything checks out except it does not feel as strong as the yellow. I was then told that Watson is not manufacturing yellow ones anymore so I checked the Watson/actavis website. They had no info on white 853. Are these fake? ## Hi Michael, Where a bouts did you get the pill from? If you didn't purchase it from an authorized seller, you could most definitely have a counterfeit. The only other thing I can think of, is that it may just be an old version that is no longer on the market. I believe Actavis pharmaceuticals now owns Watson pharmaceuticals so here is a link to the contact page of Actavis Pharma's website if you'd like to ask them about the pill you have: actavi...
