How To Contact Actavis

I have been dispensed dihydrocodiene. The manufacturer is Actavis. The pill is about 5mm round in size and shape, white in color, and is imprinted on one side with the letters C,D,H. The letter 'C' appears at the top and letters "DH" appear as a "second line" imprint below the "C". I'm trying to discern that the medication has not be switched or substituded as it was purchased from a pharmacy that gossip about says substitutions happen. Is this medication what it says it is? ## I work for the manufacturer & the tablets certainly is the right size & has the right markings on it. I picked up my prescription for lorazepam and this one just looks different than any that I have seen it has the actavis logo like a crescent moon or something and 59 on one side and the othe side is scored. I have been told by CVS that Diltiazem CD 120 mg cap is discontinued ## I haven't been able to find anything on this, but you are not the first person who has been told that by their pharmacy, so I can only assume that it's correct. The best suggestion I can make in this case is to contact your doctor and ask about getting an alternative medication prescribed. Running out and missing doses could be very dangerous, so you definitely need to avoid doing that. These new A333's are a joke.. I have had multiple lower back surgeries as well as multiple screws and rods. I have been in PM for 5+ years. About a month or so these A333's came in to CVS and I might as well be eating tic tacs. They have no affect whatsoever excpet making me feel sick. No pain relief at all. Does anyone know if it is just CVS dispencing these? It almost feels like I am going through withdrawals with these ## I am very sorry that these aren't working for you. I too had my RX medication refilled (again) at Walgreens, but this time (When I did not take my RX Tylenol with it, like I always do) I noticed, that I have been given a different Brand of medication (A Generic Brand/MFG by-ACTAVIS). My "Norco-Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen 5-325/TB" did not work as prescribed or even when I took 3 pills at one time (because 1 nor 2 pills didn't work/relieve my pain). I got my diazepam prescription filled and it contained pale blue tablets. Blank on one side and on the other C scoreline DC. can someone tell me what this round dark pink or maroon with rugby on one side and 3875 on other. ## From what I've heard, the "rugby" imprint has been discontinued for quite some time. Rumors suggest that it used to be an imprint that Watson Pharmaceuticals used on their over the counter meds... However, Watson has since been taken over by Actavis; and Actavis (as of August 2016) has since been taken over by Teva... Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm told that since the Watson company was sold, that their name would not be on the promethazine + codeine prescription anymore. Is that true? ## @Jabnet, Interestingly enough, even though Watson is now known as Actavis, for the longest time I've continued to see the Watson logo still depicted on many of their tablets. However, what makes this even more confusing is that as of August 2016, Actavis was acquired by Teva; so it would probably be difficult to tract down the Watson name on various products if they keep passing the baton from one company to the next every few years. I have a white oblong pill that just has A5 on it. I cant find info on it anywhere. Is it supposed to be oxycodone? ## There are white round Oxycodone (5mg) pills that are marked with A5, but I haven't come across an oblong one yet. For verification, the round ones are manufactured by Actavis and carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2876. You could contact Actavis directly to find out if they switched from round pills to oblong pills... Otherwise, if yours isn't from a licensed pharmacy then I can only assume that it's counterfeit, foreign, or something else altogether. Hope this helps!

Small, tan oval shaped pill with 1/2 moon and #20 on it. ## While I can't find an exact match to your pill, I did determine who a possible manufacturer may be. Actavis Elizabeth LLC (formerly known as Watson) manufacturers tablets with what appears to be a half moon logo, similar to what you described. They happen to have a Suboxone tablet with a half moon logo and the #155 on one side. I'm not insinuating that this is your pill, but it could possibly be a similar drug if it ends up being from the same manufacturer. That said, I'd recommend contacting Actavis directly regarding your inquiry, to see if it's truly one of their own. Please tell me if there is an EXACT replacement for the Watson 392 generic for Percocet. I know Watson has purchased Actavis. I have been taking the Watson 392 for years and the substitute does not help me at all. I take in combination with Fentanyl. Are there other companies that make the "Watson 392" configuration under a different number and name??? Round beige pill crescent moon on one side the other side is either 311 or 3h. I believe it's made by actavis but not sure what kind of pill this is and can't find anything about it during my searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## The closest match I've seen here by Actavis was a round "pink" pill with a crescent moon on one side and 311 on the other. So recently I received a white Watson 853 that looks identical to the yellow ones; size, shape, imprint. Everything checks out except it does not feel as strong as the yellow. I was then told that Watson is not manufacturing yellow ones anymore so I checked the Watson/actavis website. They had no info on white 853.
