I am 73 yrs old man & I am facing problem in my both feet. Doctor advise me to take medicine GLA 120 (3 times daily),one capsul Majic Plus, Fresium5 one tablet & ecosprin AV 150 one tablet. As per doctors the nerves of my feet are weak as such to avoid further complications on my feet , doctor advise me to take above medicines. I was taking Tonact 20 and Ecosprin 150 separately. Tonact 20 costs about rs.200 for 15 tablets. I came across Ecosprin AV 150 containing both above ingredients in single capsule and costing just rs.20 for 10 tablets. This lowers the medicine bill to absolute low. But what is the catch? Does Ecosprin AV 150 have Atorvastatin that is of low quality and that is why they are selling it at such low price or is it genuine medicine at low price because of some other factors? if so, what are the factors? ## Do you have Insurance to help you? If so, the price difference maybe because you insurance company "prefers" you to take the "2 in 1" pill than taking them separately. In my country (i am a phamracist) we don´t have the "2 in 1".

Can Ecosprin 150mg and Plavix be used together. When it is used for same proeprties ie blood thinning then why doctors prescribe together ## They can be used together, because they both work in different ways to achieve the desired effect and, sometimes a person may still have clotting issues if they just use one medication. Hello, I'm a 36 yr old male, my doctor advised me to take ecosprin 75 mg, Enace-D5 - and tonact TG 20 daily, as my lipid profile test results were as follows: cholesterol serum/plasma-340*, HDL-38*, total cholesterol ratio (calculated) 8.9*, triglycerides-160*, LDL-270* and B.P is 170/100. Feel very weak in the evening find difficult to walk and have breathing problem after taking ecosprin150 at 1 pm I am also taking Sompraz 40 one 7 AM and 7 PM o clock for last one year. I am also taking clopilet 75 one at 9 AM and one at 9 Pm. What could be reason for my weakness. Is it necessary to continue Sompraz 40 in the long term ## Actually, Sompraz is only meant to be taken for short periods of time, usually only up to 4 months, because long-term use of it can increased your risk of hip fractures, as reported by the FDA. As to the other issues, that can be typical side effects of the Clopilet, according to the NIH, so you should consult your doctor as you might need to switch to a different medication. My father went routine Annual General body including TMT. TMT has positive and after doing Coronary Angiogram they said it is false positive. In the Lipid profile test his results are like this. My mother used to take Ecosprin AV 150 and used to feel good. But suddenly doctor stopped prescribing Ecosprin Av 150 and when I asked him he told that he had replace it with Tonact 10 and now it is one month she is not feeling well and doctor suggested Angiography as there might be minor blockages.

I had heart attack about 51/2 years back with one artery treated with Angioplasty and another treated with By pass in span of 5 months. I am also a diabetic with fully controlied sugar and lipid levels in Best controlled range. Since past 51/2 years I am taking Ecosprin 150 mg. once a day every morning. I have to undergo Tooth extraction which may require suspension of the Tablet for say 10 days(Maximum). Do we anticipate any risks out of this Temporarary suspension. I have fully regulated diet coupled with Daily excersise for an Hour. Pls advise.

I am 25 years old.. I got married 8 month back. I'm planning for pregnancy so my doctor prescribed me loprin 75mg when I went for my first checkup..but in the pharmacy they have given me ecosprin-75 (aspirin gastro-resistant tablets in 75mg)...I want to know whether both are the same or not? ## Yes, they both contain Aspirin as the active ingredient. Earlier I was advised to take Ecosprin AV150 and I am taking the medicine for over 9 years. Now I am advised by the doctor to change it to Clopitab A75.As such I am not having colostral. Kindly let me know the difference between Clopitab A 75 and Ecosprin AV 150.
