Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp? Lastly, how much of a gap should we have in between doses (i.e. once a week or daily)? ## I used to break up 400mg evion capsule and drop half of it in hair oil and then apply it on my scalp almost twice a week.
