80 Topics FoundI took soma tablets over the last couple of days due to car accident. My husband had some as they help with pain. I have a UA in about 2 weeks. How long does it take to get out of your system considering that I took high doses over last week? ## Make sure to ask them to check your liver for toxicity. Of course that is where some of the Miltown will be stored as well. Taking high doses over 2 days is more than the recommended maximum dosage I assume? ## I have never failed lab work in 5 yrs... Have ALWAYS made sure that I didn't take anything for 4 full days.
white round like an m@m ## There are thousands of pills, perhaps hundreds of thousands that are white and round like an M&M. If you are asking for confirmation if this is a Soma, you will have to provide more information, please post the imprint on the pill. ## Can you see if this a generic soma? ## Does it have Chocolate inside?
Does robaxin have the same side effects as somas? ## Hello, Avelina! How are you? Yes, it is also a muscle relaxant, though a much milder one. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Soma gives me an impaired feeling. Will Robaxin do the same? Do you get the same side effects between these drugs?
I am not even sure I have spelt this word correct. I work at a hotel and I over heard a conversation. A woman telling her husband to give their child a Soma and they would have a few hours of free time. I need answers please! My mother just passed away and I believe it was from the medications she was on. She had lyme disease she said she was always in so much pain but I feel like she was on way too much medications. I believe that is what killed her..she was on methadone, morphine, dialoted, somas, sleeping pills, nerve pills. I want to know if these are even mixable? If this can cause death by taking it together? ## What have the doctors or coroners said was the cause of death? Without their agreement, you will have no case, regardless of your own suspicions. As to the Morphine, Methadone and Dilaudid, various pain medications are often used in combination, to give someone better pain control, when they suffer from a condition that causes severe, chronic pain. Are you also certain th...
I am perscribed morphine hydrocodone somas and xanex. My question is this. Has anyone ever had really wierd side effects off of this combo? I have hallucinated a couple times. I have accidentally over dosed because as my wife said i kept getting out of bed to take more but don't remember at all. If someone has had these issues please let me know if it's the medicine or something else please ## Hello, Bill! How are you? I am very sorry about the problems you've experienced. While it could be due to the combination, my first guess is actually to blame the Xanax, it has been known to cause these type of issues in some people that take it. The night that you kept getting up to take more, was it after taking an evening dose of the Xanax? This benzodiazepine carries the risk of be...

i was on soma approx 10yrs then 1 1/2yrs ago my dr said she couldnt write prescriptions for them anymore i have taken 5 different relaxers and nothing works like soma. why cant i get them now? ## Well a couple years back Soma was re classified as a schedule 4 medicine and many Doctors don't like to write for it. Funny thing, I have had 3 doctors since the new law prescribe me Soma, go figure! ## Soma is the most commonly abused muscle relaxant, because it is so potent. And Eddy is correct, it was changed to a schedule IV controlled substance several years ago. As such, to have them prescribed on any long-term, ongoing basis, you'd need to be seeing a specialist, such as a pain management physician. ## Can soma be prescribed with oxycodone? ## Very doubtful with the new regulatio...
my husband has been on baclofen for 2 years and is having trouble refilling his script because his dr. wont ok it to be refilled. Don't know why but I was wondering if somas would help ease his baclofen withdrawls? He is a quadroplegic and can't even throw up without my help. Can anyone help with something that will ease his withdrawls. ## Have you asked his doctor? There has to be some reason he won't authorize a refill and they should be willing to tell you. Has your husband been in for an appointment recently, or did he miss an appointment? Learn more Baclofen details here. They are both muscle relaxants, but since he is a quadriplegic, trying to give him another medication, without a doctor's approval could be very dangerous.
Where to get somas prescribed in Laurel MS...looking for doctor in laurel Hattiesburg or Waynesboro that prescribe somas ## You need to establish a relationship with a medical doctor and clearly establish the need for these pills. Most doctors are not currently prescribing this muscle relaxer and will suggest another type of medicine that might address your issues better
It's not a Percocet opiate or any other narotic! It is a basic muscle relaxer. Somas work the best for muscle problems. Don't let them say no or screw u. You will barely notice anything from this substitute!!!! ## Mobic is not a muscle relaxant, it contains the active ingredient Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything I can help with?
I got pain-o-soma rx'd from India. Took a week to get. They don't work although they did make me very tired. I took my first dose..nothing. Then took a second dose ... nothing except making me tired. What a rip off. It's a racket. I am sure they don't get any return customers. They did say they have Watson Somas but are more expensive & only payment method is Western Union which is a hassle & also costly. ## Unfortunately, when you receive medication from a foreign source, there is really no way to be sure of its safety, or potency, since foreign medications are not approved by the FDA. There is even a chance that you didn't receive Soma/Carisoprodol, at all. There was even an instance on here a few years ago when many people all received the same exact table...
These pills are white, completely blank, except for a slash across the middle on one side. Are these candy? WTF Are they? Have I been totally scammed??? ## Well, where were they obtained from? if they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured Soma/Carisoprodol tablet, because all such prescription medications are required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, since they do not fall under this law. Learn more Soma details here. ## They sound like somas from mexico. A friend brought me some from there yesterday. No imprint, larger than a percocet with little 'e' down the middle on one side and nothing on the other side. ## Help, I got the exact same thing....
Has anyone received Caritop soma from India. Supposedly company is by Ind. Swift and manu. is Lancer Pharmaceuticals. Just got some of these in. but afraid to take them. Any k knowledge out there on these Blank white pill that is scored on on one side. ## If there are no markings and it is from a foreign source, then there it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what you received. In addition, I was just browsing the Lancer Pharmaceutical products page and they don't even list Carisoprodol as being a product they manufacture. I can only suggest trying to contact the company you ordered from and asking for a refund, because that makes me very suspicious of what they actually sent you. Is anyone else familiar with this company? ## i have ordered somas from india before. The l...

I have multiple horrendous back problems, to say the least. I used to be on fentanyl patches, somas, percs, and methadone before the patches. I live in a very rural area and the drs make it clear that they no longer prescribe narcotics period. That's so unfare. I despertly need pain relief. Plz help. ## Hello, Aimer! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain and having such a problem. There were new regulations put in place last year that restrict what PCPs can prescribe, so you will need to find a pain management specialist to continue such medications. Have you tried asking your current doctor to refer you to someone? And can you please post back with your general area of PA? I am originally from there and may know of some doctors you can try in your area. This is a ...
I was switched to backlafen from soma's, what are the difference an what are the ingredients? ## They look just like a Soma. I wouldn't like them? Baclofen can also be used to treat hiccups.[3] ## Hello, Lucy! How are you? Baclofen is the active ingredient, so what you've received is a generic. It is also classified by the FDA as a muscle relaxant. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. The scheduling of Soma was recently changed, since it is commonly abused, so many doctors no longer want to prescribe it and are swathing their patients to alternatives. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have been changed out the same. They are higher on my co pay than somas. They do not work at all. My husbands doctor still wrights...
As of August first 2014 somas are a schedule 2. Thank for telling me doc with the five refills. I had been on them for 7 years. ## I don't know who told you that Soma is now a Schedule II in Louisiana, but they are wrong. ## James, I apologize, you are correct. Soma is now a Schedule II in Louisiana. Some in combinations with Codeine Schedule III. It is everyone responsibility to keep up to date on proposed and changing laws, federal and state. ## Why would plain Soma be a 2 and Soma with Codeine a 3? Remind me to stay out of these hick States. In my State the Controlled Schedule 1 drugs are made in homes and apartments and there is nothing done about it. Why? ## U need to check with any pharmacy in Louisiana ## James, Senate Bill 618 is what changed the classification of Soma. Put,...
