is flexeril like tramidol? ## NO! Not even close. Tramadol is an opiate derived anti-inflammatory, they were trying to engineer a medication that would have the pain killing benefits of a narcotic, without the side effects. It didn't work and they ended up with something that is just as addictive as regular opiates. Flexeril, which is Cyclobenzaprine, is a completely different class of medication. It is a muscle relaxant.

medium sized white pill that has no markings on one side and COr 127 ## how does tramidol compare to lortab ## Tramadol is classifed as a narcotic, but really works as an anti-inflammatory and is very mild, so there is really no comparison to Lortab. Lortab contains a much stronger narcotic.
