Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. It looks white or possibly light green it has a number 4 on front and two scores on back like a cross ## Hi Kay, The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white oval pill with the number 4 on one side. The other side is scored into four quarters with 42 in the top left corner, 16 in the top right corner, nothing in the bottom left corner, and it looks like a square root sign in the bottom right. This pill is identified as Methylprednisolone 4 mg; Manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. light green, round, on one side it says GG and on bottom of it, it has 165. I have been on these pills for a couple of years and it went from thin rectangle-white/pinkish pills to oval/blue ones. I picked them up at a different pharmacy and it was described as stated above (green)..need to make sure this is the correct pill. I just got my refill for Losartan with 113 on one and S on the other side, so I'm wondering if this is the right one? Although I am a bit confused because in your message you are also saying that your refill contained pills with the imprint 113 S which also happens to be another brand of Losartan Potassium 100 mg (NDC code 43547-362). It is common to see the same generic drug manufactured by many different companies, thereby taking different appearances. Can you please share any other details? I take 160mill of oxycotin 2 times a day and roxi 30 mill every 3 hours for breakthrough pain. What is the difference in the meds? Also I have the generic oxycontin, 80 mill is it different than the brand name? I ask because they dont seem to effect me like the oxys I recived in the hosbital. The generic pill is lite green and oval is this the same ? ## Does the so called generic oxycontin say oc on one side and 80 on the other? The name brand are lite green with those letters and numbers. The generic form should work just the same. Perhaps you are just working up a tolerance to them. Roxi's are oxycodone just like the oxycontin is; however, the oxcycontin are time-released over an 8 or 12 hour period, (depending on what you are on.) The roxicet is the same as percocet.
