Last june i.e 2010 june i have under gone scanning and many test such as harmone,thyroid as i have irregular periodsand all the reports were normal(no PCOD), i used ovacare tablets for 2 months but periods were not regularised.Now when i again consulted doctor as we are planning for baby doctor prescribed me fertomid 50mg(5tabs),gluconorm sr 500mg(30 tabs),ebexid(30 tabs).I wanted to know why i was prescribed gluconorm and ebexid even though i am not diagnoised with PCOD or hyper thyroid..please clear my doubt..thank you..

I take janumet 50mg/500mg and glycomet gp1 daily.today my FBS & PP were notice at 253 & 323 respectively.kindly advise me whether it is safe to take janumet 50mg/500mg with glycomet gp1 so please advise me the exact dose required for the treatment. My weight is 78 kg height 5.10 ich.

Hello, My doctor prescribed me Zomelis Met 50mg/500mg (Vildagliptin 50mg & Metformin 500mg) for my diabetes. The same doctor prescribed Galvus 50mg/500mg to my mother and the same doctor prescribed Glycomet to my wife. I am very confused about all three medicines. Can u please confirm the differences between Vildagliptin and these other medications mentioned above?

Sir,Iam a patient of diabetic,high blood pressure&arthritc& I take glycomet GP1forte tab.,jarla 50mg,Tazloc-Trio40&Zerodol cr.Please tell me these medicines are helpful for me & any side effect. ## You should take the medications your doctor has prescribed. The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Have they all been prescribed for you?
