It contains 200mgs Dicalcium Phosphate, 325mgs of Glutamic Acid, 5mgs of Thiamine and 10mcgs Vitamin B12. Foreign drugs are not regulated as strictly as those in the US sold under the FDA. I'am a call center agent at night and a student in the morning. I'm planning to take gluthathione as an Anti-aging oxidant, because night work really ages the body easliy. I also noticed that there are times I'am having a hard time remembering, reviewing what was thought in school, so I'am also considering taking in glutaphose. I just notice that these two supplements have the word GLUTA in them. I'm just wondering if they are correlated. Can I take just one of them and have both effects or??
