I found this in my teenage sons drawer. What is it? I can't locate it on the computer. On one side it is GP 128 and the other side is smooth. I have been taking Sitara M 100/500 after breakfast and my postprandial (pp) level is doing very well. I take Glucophage 500 mg SR after dinner, but my fasting level is around 120 or 125. Can I discontinue Glucophage and just take Sitara M 100/500 in the evening? Kindly advise. ## I have been diabetic for 10 years. Increasing soreness, stiffness & swelling of pinky, spreading to rest of hand (both). COULD IT BE RELATED ZUVAMOR? Switched over to Zuvamor 10 from crestor +-6 months ago.
