Does it mean that the system has not absobed the medicine? What is the way out? ## I am aged 63 and suffering from type 2 diabetes. The blood sugar level used to be erratic,at times shooting up to 300PP. I was advised Glycomet 500mg twice a day + Glycomet SR 500mg twice a day. My wife, 58 years old started taking 3 years back Gluconorm PG2, 2 tablets per day (one each in the morning and evening). She is taking Lorem 2.5 1 tab. per day along with Gluconorm PG2 . 21/2 years back, her blood pressure started coming down . when consulted, the Doctor asked to reduce the strength of Lorem to 1.25 and subsequently stopped using it. Gluconorm PG2 was also reduced to 1 tablet per day since last 6 months. During the last 1 1/2 years, she has put on weight and started heavy pain and swelling on her left arm near the shoulder.
