Hi, Since I heard that Impax finally got the green light to distribute Oxymorphone ER (Opana ER) generic through Global Pharmacy. I didn't hesitate to rush to my PM doc and he instantly had me switch to this new drug. He prescribed me 40 mg twice per day to treat my busted back & fibromyalgia. I noticed the pill is round in shape with G74 on one side with nothing on the other. The color for the 40 mg ER tablet is an orangy/gold color. Ever since Endo ruined their product with the new TRF formulation. I promised myself to jump back on the bandwagon as soon as the generics were released. I have been taking Digoxin .125 for afib for 3 years with no problems. A few weeks ago I started feeling tired.. running out if energy before the day is done... about a week ago I refilled my Digoxin only the pharmacy filled it with Global Brand instead of the Qualitest they usually use. For the last few days I havnt felt well at all..tired..even though im sleeping a lot...no energy...some nausea....warm and prickly feeling on my scalp..feeling of weakness all over..little headachey...hot sometimes cold...but im not sick...but I just dont feel well. Could it be the Digoxin brand change? Im 62..dont take any other meds other than Lorazapam .5 as needed.. ususlly I take it with my Digoxin but didnt last couple of days just because Im feeling so run down didnt want to lower my BP any more....

Hi Everyone! Pharmacy tried to give me a new generic--I have always used generic- manufacturer for my Adderall 20XR: Global. I gave it back. Can anyone share their experiences with Global 20XR? In the past when I've switched generic brands with 10mgIR I've had the same major issues that many people have described when switching brands--depression, paranoia, etc. As many people know, this type of thing can totally shut you down at work. Must avoid. However, I just don't know Global--there's very little online discussion about the 20XR. If anyone has a review, please share! Bought erectafil 60mg pills and would like to know if it's the real thing. ## I received an order of 20mg caplets and they are definitely fake. I received Metformin in packets. They have no imprint and upon further I discovered that they do NOT manufacture METFORMIN. I am outraged. Is this the case. I recieved 100 mg capsules from Combitic Global. They are not helping my Arthritis at all. I've been taking Gabapentin for years and never experienced this before I lost my insurance. I read a number of messages from customers saying their meds weren't working. Has anyone else experienced this from this company? I received a pkg today its says albendazole tab ip. The zenlzole tablets then says albendazole ip 400mg orange oblong with no marking. Pkg from combitic global. ## @lori, Combitic Global in my opinion appears to be a legitimate drug manufacturer; and are even reputed as one of the leading manufacturers in India. The only gray area I see is based on where or how you got your prescription filled (i.e. mail-order v.s. a licensed pharmacy)... The latter doesn't dispense fake medication, albeit sometimes ineffective depending on different brands/generics. Ordered from Canada pharmacy that I have used before, however these appear to have shipped from India. Tablets are 500mg, oval shape, orange and scored on one side with no imprint. I have a prescription for long-lasting Erectafil tablets. Each pack contains 4 tables color pink. Each tablet contains 20 mg Tadalafil. and Dapoxetine 60 mg. Wanted to share with everyone how happy I am to have finally received the new generic Opana ER 20mg tablets from my pharmacy. I had found Opana to be very effective for my chronic pain and was very sad when they switched it over to the new formula as it wasn't nearly effective as the original octagon shaped tablets and caused stomach aches. These new generic ones seem to me to be as effective as the original formula had been. The tablets I received show to be made by Global Pharmaceuticals and are a small, round, green tablet with G73 imprinted on them. I'm happy to report that these are just like the original formula. Last month (Feb 2014) my pharmacy filled my prescription for bupropion hcl sr 200mg with product made by actavis. It was an oval yellow pill. I felt dramatically better, and was looking forward to continuing to use the same product. Now it is apparently no longer available because Activis was bought by Watson. My new prescription is a round white tablet with wpi 3335 written on it. Has anyone else had experience with this particular product? Has anyone found success with any other version of this product. It is very frustrating to have so much inconsistancy from one bottle of medication to the next. I just renewed my Digoxin 125 MCG prescription. I have been getting JSP 544 and just received 981. The size of the 981 is larger than the JSP 544 in diameter and thickness. I have been on oxymorphone now for a while and live in Buffalo. I have taken both 40mg from global and Actavis. While the global has made me very sick feeling and I wake up after three hours of sleep while the Actavis one has not and worked very well and helps so much. I am prescribed this medication and do take it orally. I can not find the Actavis brand or even a hard time finding oxymorphone 40mg period. I filled a mail order prescription for bactrim and when i received it, it said becotrim 960. Is this the same? The pills came from india / combitic global caplet pvt ltd. ## Bactrim is sold in the U.S. as an antibiotic for bacterial infections. I researched and looked for becotrim 960. I'm unable to find anything about the becotrim. You said it came from India. The United States do import medications because we do have manufacturing plants in countries like India. I have been taking Dexedrine (Dextroamphetamine Sulfate XR) for 3 years now and it has always looked the same: clear and dark brown manufactured by BARR, imprinted with the same and the numbers 956. Two months ago the medication I received was blue. I was stupid and didn't think twice about it only to be called by the pharmacy and told I had been given Adderall by mistake at the end of the month. The following month my medication was back to the usual clear and brown. This month I have been given blue pills again. They gave them to me in a bottle that says "Dextroamphetamine Sulf ER 15MG" as it should, they scratched out "BARR" and wrote "Global" on the manufacturer part. The description label on the bottle says the pills should be clear and brown and imprint...

I am probably just being paranoid, but I'm prescribed "Oxymorphone HCL ER 10 Mg tablets", (and that's the exact label law on my bottles) take 1 every 12 hrs. Today, instead of my normal small orange pill with G72 printed on it, and manufactured by Global pharm...I received a larger, white pill, imprinted with 54 814, manufactured by Roxane/West-War. But the question lies in the label...it's labeled as "Oxymorphone HCL 10 mg tablet". My question is....are these scripts the exact same, just maybe they left out the ER on the new one..but is it still extended release?? Any knowledgeable answers are appreciated!
