Generic Tylenol Codeine No Imprint

Oblong white pill with no markings on either side; between 1/2 - 3/4 long by 5/16 wide ## IF it has no markings, then it is not a U.S. prescription medication of any type. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. Where was it found/obtained? Was it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## It was given to me by a co-worker claiming it was some kind of tyl/codiene pill. Found it fishy due to no markings wondered if it was generic plain tylenol or possibly Tyl/cod from another country? Also, it will be scored for breaking in half. You can take this to the bank. ## Keith is correct about the marking, however, that is only true if they are manufactured and/or approved in the U.S. If they have no imprint, they can be ruled out as being a legal U.S. prescription medication. However, the score mark is not actually required on them, or on any other tablets. My pharmacy refilled my Tylenol #4 with this round white pill imprinted "U 27". Normally it has a #4 on it, but not this time. ## Hello, Karen! How are you? Is the marking possibly U 37? Can you please double check and post back? There is a tablet that matches this description with U 37 on it, which contains 60mgs of Codeine and 300mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol 4. NDC for further information: 13107-0060 The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

medium white tablet with a M that has a square around it and a 4 on the back ## Pill Image This is NOT Dilaudid, that would be Hydromorphone. This pill is a generic version of Tylenol with Codeine, it contains Acetaminophen 300mgs and Codeine 60mgs. It is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. ## But an easy mistake to make. Mallinckrodt does make a generic 4 mg hydromorphone tablet. It is round, white, 5/16 diameter. Imprinted with block M on one side, 4 on the other. However, the hydromorphone does NOT have a box around the M like the codeine does.

long slender oblong tablet color white imprint k30 on one side. smooth on other side. pain medication ## This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen! This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

Is there anything else I can help you with? ## What is it for? Does it have codeine in it? I found this in my kids pocket.
