I was given a different version of my medication. I was told that this was the only ones my insurance covered because it was the cheapest. It is white, round with no imprints nothing. Just a white round pill. I'm confused I just got a refill of generic percocet 5/325. Last month I was given a new type that just doesn't do enough for me. Had the RP stamped on smaller 5/325 pill. My previous prescriptions were large white pills with 512 on one side with a code on bottle of MCRK. My new prescription has the identical 512 pills but still has the newer code of MADV. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERCOCET M357 AND PERCOCET 512 ## M357 is NOT percocet, it is a different class of narcotic pain reliever called lorcet or hydrocodone. it is a generic version and not as strong as a perc 5/12 ## That is correct, M357 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, so this is not an equivelent to Percocet, but, as stated above, a generic for Vicodin or Lortab. It is still a narcotic pain reliever, but not as strong as those containing Oxycodone. This pill marked 512 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone and is a generic for Percocet. I can't find any listings in the database for the one with V 2839 and I checked several sources, sorry. ## I had my percocet prescription filled and the pill was imprinted with v4839, it seemed different than the pill with 512 imprinted which is what I usually get. has anyone had fake oxycodone? My brother is a dealer and it looks almost perfect as the real thing but it is not. I saw it and you have to have a good eye. Be careful. Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.
