There is a steroid in Gelmicin, as well as an antibiotic and antifungal, so it could cause her some serious side effects, such as those listed by the FDA like weight gain, acne and skin rash.

Has this been confirmed by a doctor? I'd not recommend using this cream, without your doctor's approval, because one of the ingredients is a steroid, which may make some conditions worse.
