Gas Trouble

I have recently moved to TN from NH and have gone to the doctor got my prescription but every pharmacy I have gone to or called all say the same thing they don't carry it or they are at there max for the about they are allowed to fill. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions I have even called surrounding states and I can't get to the clinic daily or could afford the gas to go and pay the clinic. Ty ## Hello, Kym! How are you? 12/25/12 I has emergency surgery for septic small intestine removing 3 feet of small intestine that day and the next day a hemicolectomy was done . After by pass surgery of heart, the surgeon prescribed clopivas ap 150 for life long use. I take it at noon after food. But it causes severe gas trouble, and I find even breathing difficult. Apart from that constipation is also experienced. As advised I take Razo 20 on empty belly and do not take food at least for half an hour. Is there any solution to my problems? ## Surgeon has prescribed Clopivas 150 mg. consesquent on my heart surgery, to be taken after food in the after-noon. Is Gastritis,Ulcer , Acidity - all mean the same ? Gas released out by farting and belching are same ? I am having Gas trouble and recent days acid secretion and in endoscopy found that lower end of esophagus had been eroded. Doctor has suggested me to take Omeprazole and Rabiprazole tablets. But I am unable to get cure. Even 4 hours after taking my food I feel like vomiting (due to gas pushing my food upward) and if I vomit I can see the food item in the same form that I ate. for eg. I have been using lamictal for about 5 months now and my reflux seems to be getting worse. I have had reflux for years but it has been controled well on zegerid up intill now. Has anyone heard of this reaction. ## Lamictal contains the active ingredient Lamotigrine, it's an anticonvulsant used to treat BiPolar disorder and seizures. Acid reflux is not listed as a commonly known side effect, however, some medications can make it worse or irritate it. I'm 29 yr old gal from last one month I'm having gas problem I thought it might go after some time.but after few days I got ulcers all over my mouth tung and neck area also but after medications it was all ok.My main issue is I'm having proper food and taking all precautions stil my stomach is bloated and gassy all the time I feel so uncomfortable .i drink coffee and milk but once in a day yeah I would like to say I drink diet coke a lot...but I use to drink earlier also but nothing happ....so I'm in a great trouble I went my normal stomach back it's bloated with gas I feel so embarrassed sometimes...I feel dry mouth,mood swings,high heartbeat,weakness back pain ,headache,lazy and low on energy....plz help

My 5 month old puppy has eaten at least 10 gastro stop tablets- loperamide. i've taken her to the vet and now i am on 24 hour watch to monitor if she has any further symptoms from the loperamide. I am losing alot of weight because of trouble with my feeding tube that I have for gastroparesis. Someone told me to try lyrica. i have gastric trouble.. can i take pantocid dsr with metaformin? ## I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these two medications, but you should double check this information to be sure. And I am not certain it is going to help with your problem, since gas and stomach pain can actually be side effects of the Rabeprazole. I am 53 ,female. ## Yes, as reported by the U.S. FDA, this medication may cause gas, bloating, nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and hypoglycemia, as side effects. They should go away, once your body gets used to the medication, but that may take 4 to 5 weeks, if they do not go away, or if they worsen, you should consult your prescriber. I had trouble swallowing so went to a gastronolgist and he said i had some stomach erosion ive been on them for 2 years is it causing the stomach erosion and if so would it help to take the subutex instead ## Don,t know if it erodes the stomach but some people have complained of stomach ache while taking them. You can spit out the saliva after the sub has disolved. Not sure if that would make any differance in your case. Some people have switched to subutex claiming the naloxone bothers there stomach. Most sub drs "at least around here" won,t prescribe subutex unless your pregnant. Ask your sub dr what he thinks about switching.

Metolar XR contains the active ingredient Metoprolol in a time released formulation, it is a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. And those can be normal side effects that it causes in some people, but they should start to taper off after about 4 to 6 weeks as your body gets used to the medication. My mother is 60 yr old having severe joint and muscle pain. She has also troubled by gas and inflammation at the bottom of her feet. Dr prescribed her five medicines Protera-I, Calcicum, Pari CR 12.5 & Etoshine90. But after taking 3-4 dose her face got swelled, feeling much weight of her body. When I contacted Dr. he asked to stop Etoshine and prescribed Lupirtin SR.
