I am having intestinal or abdominal cramps/spasms so harsh they have me bent over. I am not really nauseated at all but have these pills from a few months ago given for a weak stomach. I have to take it with pain killers to prevent vomiting. Found these pills outside on the sidewalk. What are they? ## These are Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol) 325mg. Manufacturer is not listed on the label. It's possibly a Mexican drug. ## I've yet to locate a match, but there are 2 drug manufacturers that come to mind based on the imprint provided: - GW Pharmaceuticals - G&W Laboratories, Inc. There are also only a handful of pharmaceutical drugs that I'm aware of which come in a 0.25mg dosage form (such as Benzodiazepine class drugs & ADHD meds). May I ask why you think it could be a Mexican drug indicated for cardiovascular or renal treatment? Is Mexico where you got it from?

Blank on one side. CL 206 imprinted on the other. With a line between CL and 206. Never taken this pill and someone gave me it telling me it would ease pain. What are the chemicals in this pill and what is it used for? More importantly, is this pill even safe? ## This tablet is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 650mgs (10grains) of Sodium Bicarbonate, it is an antacid. Anyone? ## Someone mentioned that this pill was Oxycodone 20mg, but I am unable to confirm this due to a lack of available resources. I can however say that it is most-likely made by the Canadian company "Novopharm"; which I believe is now called Teva-Canada.
