if I take the artribion vitaminado for 5 days, went can I take it again if I need it??? ## Hello, Judy! How are you? This is just listed as a nutritional supplement. How often have you been instructed to take it? Many are taken daily, but you may not need one, if you get enough nutrients in your diet. The FDA does list some, such as B12 as being dangerous, if you take in too much of it. ## Can I take it on the long run and how long. Because I have pain in my leg when I take it it gos away . ## I have a question, after u take first five day dosages, can i take them everyday, and if so is it one or two a day? I suffer neck and back pain 24/7. ## I took the artribion for five days. I got better. Do I need to take it everyday?. Thanks.
