Is FOL g 1 a day sufficient for pregnant women? ## is folic acid 5 mg and all 9 tab taking together during first trimester is safe? is this usefull ? ## I taken folic acid 5mg twice a day during pregnancy only in second month ## I am prescribed to take folic acid 2.0 mg. How many 400mcg folic acid tablets would I have to take to reach 2.0 mg?

My 49 years old mother has been taking rabium 20, omnacortil 10 & Zydus nutriva folic acid tablets for the past 5-6 years every day. Now she's gaining a lot of weight and I wanted to know whether this will cause any side effects in the future? If so, what other supplements can she take instead of these tablets? Hi, from last 3 months i have spotting befor 2-3 days of my periods. Thin discharge little brown or red in colour.n flow is not as usual. It reduced. I consult a doctor n she reconmend b-long f tablet. When i start taking tablet, after 2 days my menses starts n flow become normal as always. Hello. I'm on Methotrexate for my Rheumatoid Arthritis and my Dr writes me two 2mg of folic acid to reduce the side effects. I ran out of my script because my Pharmacy ran out and has not gotten them in yet. This has been over a week. I'm experiencing side effects and bought otc folic acid. The highest dose is 450 micrograms. How many of the microgram pills do i need to take to make 4 milligrams? Please help me.
