This is just a vitamin supplement that's often prescribed for women that are pregnant, or trying to get pregnant, to ensure that they have enough of the vital nutrients it contains to maintain a healthy pregnancy. It will not help you conceive. The FDA lists its typical side effect as being nausea, due to its potency. If you're not engaging in intercourse on your fertile days, there is nothing that will help you conceive. Did your doctor provide any other advice?
