My fasting blood sugar is 135. After breakfast it is 106. How can I get my fasting sugar below 110? My Dr. advised me to take one Glycomet GP 0.5 in the morning. ## My fbs is 135 and I take only one tablet of glycomet 500 in the morning. How do I get it below 110?

I am 53 and my fasting is 220 since 3 days I take janumet morning and evening plus hi glitazone 30 m.. I have been taking Sitara M 100/500 after breakfast and my postprandial (pp) level is doing very well. I take Glucophage 500 mg SR after dinner, but my fasting level is around 120 or 125. I've been taking Gyree 4 and Cetapin XR 500 in the morning before breakfast and another dose of Cetapin XR 500 at night, before dinner, per my doctor's instructions. This regiment has kept my blood sugar under control for quite some time. However, after a seizure resulted from an overdose of Synasma, my treatment was adjusted by another physician to Glyree 4 in the morning and Cetapin XR 500 at night, which also maintained my blood sugar levels well. I am a 39 year old male. As per my lab test results, they are showing a sugar level (fasting) of 203, total cholesterol of 303, triglycerides at 326, HDL 40, LDL 197.8, VLDL 65.2 and also showing my SGPT Level is 135. I do not have a habit of drinking or smoking, so how did these levels happen and please advise me on how to control and reduce these numbers? ## These issues can occur due to a genetic predisposition, unhealthy eating habits, or a combination of both, according to NIH reports, there is no way to say for sure. my blood sugar is 10 mmol/l fasting and I am taking Gemer 2 drug. I find this to be on the higher side. About two hours after meals it ranges from 7mmol/l-13mmo/l.
