My fasting blood sugar is 135. After breakfast it is 106. How can I get my fasting sugar below 110? My Dr. advised me to take one Glycomet GP 0.5 in the morning. ## My fbs is 135 and I take only one tablet of glycomet 500 in the morning. How do I get it below 110?

I am 53 and my fasting is 220 since 3 days I take janumet morning and evening plus hi glitazone 30 m.. I have been taking Sitara M 100/500 after breakfast and my postprandial (pp) level is doing very well. I take Glucophage 500 mg SR after dinner, but my fasting level is around 120 or 125. I am a 39 year old male. As per my lab test results, they are showing a sugar level (fasting) of 203, total cholesterol of 303, triglycerides at 326, HDL 40, LDL 197.8, VLDL 65.2 and also showing my SGPT Level is 135. my blood sugar is 10 mmol/l fasting and I am taking Gemer 2 drug. I find this to be on the higher side. About two hours after meals it ranges from 7mmol/l-13mmo/l.
