I wouldn't call this an antioxidant supplement at all. It is just a digestive enzyme supplement based on the ingredients. To be honest you would get more (antioxidant and enzymatic) benefits from eating a couple pieces of fruit each day rather than taking this. Not to say that this isn't a decent product. I have been prescribed Synap Forte for a botched knee op and have been told I need a need replacement but am too young.
