When to take my suboxone after taking 100mg fentanyl patch

After taking 100mcg transdermal fentanyl patches, which I have been on for a few months. I was prescribed 2 8-2mg SuboxoneNaloxone, Insurance would only pay for the pill form. When I take Suboxone pill, It puts me into withdrawal. I was just wondering how long should I wait after taking the 100mg fentanyl transdermal patch, before taking my Suboxone pills?
