Anyone know aboyt the meal plan that can gimme some info? ## A meal plan is just some details on the proper way you should eat, while using the product, it isn't an extra product or anything. I also hope you are aware that, as a supplement, this product isn't proven to actually do anything. And, if you do gain weight, there is also no guarantee that it will be the right type in the right places, rather than the curves they claim, you could end up just putting on weight randomly. ectoplan side effect ## This company does not have a website, so finding information on their products is difficult. From what I can discover, however, it is nothing more than a vitamin supplement, so it is not actually proven to do anything or help with anything. This also means that the side effects have not been studied. From what I can gather, it appears to contain: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-2, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin B-12, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, Iron, Manganese, and Beef Liver The best way to gain weight is under a doctor's supervision, following a proper diet.
