I am 47 years old & I had a heart attack on one month back & DR. treated me for 5 days on hospital with the medication --Tab. Ecosprin 75mg PO..OD after meal, Tab Clopilet 75mg PO.OD, Tab Metop.12.5mg PO..BD, Tab Aztor 10mg PO..HS, Tab Lasilactone 1/2 tab PO. OD, Tab Pantocid 40mg PO..OD in empty stomach for 15 days, Tab Isordil 5mg..SL.. when chest pain--. I was advice for CAG but I wanted to remain on medical management until further decision. After one week I went to follow up & I told the Dr. to go for CAG.The Dr. did the Angioplasty & put a Stent & told me you need to put another Stent for your 80% another block for your heart with in one month. I am advised lifelong consumption of Ecosprin 150 mg, Clopidogrel 75 mg, Allupurinol 300 mg ## Ecosprin contains Aspirin, commonly used to relieve pain, fever and as a blood thinner. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation. Clopidogrel is used to help inhibit blood clotting. Side effects may include: nausea, hemorrhage and low white blood cell count. Allopurinol is primarily used to treat excess uric acid in the blood and its associated problems, such as gout. My father had done an angiogram a few weeks back and found blocked arteries lcx 99% d1 and d2 80% and one 50% and had done pci to lcx two weeks back. The doctor prescribed clopilet 75 twice daily, ecosprin 300 (150 * 2) aztor 40, prolemet xl 25, once daily he is also a diabetic patient from 10 yrs. He just started to take insulin novamax 50 20 unit in the morning and 14 unit in the evening, avrly 1mg twice daily, siptin 1000 in the morning and siptin 500 in the evening. After 1 week the doctor reduced the dose of medicine as follows: aztor 20, clopilet 75 once a daily, ecosprin 150 and increase the doze of prolomet xl 50 and the diabetes medicine were left as it is. I am 73 and have been diagnosed with disc prolapse stenosis L1-L5. I had severe sciatica some 30 yrs ago and was treated with Ayrvedic Thailams and it was controlled. Five yrs ago the problem resurfaced in severity and after Ayurvedic treatmemt failed an Epidural inj was give. Combined with regular exercise I have been doing fine since 5 yrs. More recently I have had burning sensation starting from hip to the left flank of thigh and knee. I have been on GABANEORON 300mg NT10mg for a month (2per day). There is relief but how long should I take it? I take 75 mg Ecosprin in the morning and 10 Mg Statin after Dinner and 500 mg mythlcobol daily.
