Good day, I'm HIV + and now 6 weeks pregnant. I have been taking Tribuss & Prubac since late 2015. I have been using large amounts of stilpane and I am kinda addicted to it I am 3weeks pregnant how will that effect my baby. ## Stilpane contains Paracetamol, Meprobamate, Caffeine, and Codeine. So, the NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and you baby could be born addicted to it. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and anorexia. Have you told your doctor that you are taking it? That would be the best thing to do, in order to ensure the best possible outcome for you and your baby. Are you on any other medications?

Does Zolpihexal have a negative impact / affect on early pregnancy? ## Hi Ezra, I did locate some information pertaining to Zolpihexal (zolpidem) use during pregnancy, however it does not specify anything related to use during "early" pregnancy. This info states the following: "Zolpidem Extended-Release Tablets may cause prolonged sleep or severe breathing problems in the newborn if you take it during the last weeks of pregnancy, especially if you take it with certain other medicines. Zolpidem Extended-Release Tablets are found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you take Zolpidem Extended-Release Tablets, check with your doctor to discuss any possible risks to your baby." There are no controlled studies on the use of Daxid/Sertraline during pregnancy, so the possibility of there being some risk can't be ruled out. Have you informed your doctor that you were taking it? Hi. I just found out I am 3 months pregnant and I have been taking purbac but my dermatologist told me to stop it. Is my baby safe? ## Hello, Piwo! How are you? Since you are early in your pregnancy and have stopped taking it, the risks are not very high. Most medications cause greater risk, when taken during late pregnancy, as the baby develops more. My wife has just fallen pregnant (4 weeks) and has been on Rivaroxaban as she was diagnosed with PE. This wasn't planned but we are now in a real dilemma as to what to do next. The drug is apparently toxic and it's not known what the effects could have on the baby. From what I've found, evaluations have been done on rats and there is talk of the drug affecting fetal development but not much else. It doesn't give percentages, if it can be reversed etc. Really desperate for any advice whatsoever, if anyone has any info on anyone that has given birth whilst using the drug through early stages of pregnancy, that would be huge information BUT I realize there is a low chance of receiving this info. Again, any research, or info would be appreciated. Thanks. ## Has she informed ...

Can I get pregnant early when I stop using Depotrust? ## Hormonal based contraceptives work by suppressing ovulation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Ma'am, how sure are you that you will not get pregnant after you stop using depo trust? My wife is 31 years old. She had a miscarriage in August 2008 and is currently in her 8th week of pregnancy. She sometimes experiences vomiting in the morning, expelling all the food she has had for breakfast. Other symptoms include occasional headaches, drowsiness for 4-5 hours, and a feeling of total body weakness. She has been prescribed Folivite 5mg, Susten 400mg (one tablet each day), and Chorion injections of 5000 units; all of which were started after her 5th week of pregnancy as per doctor's instructions. As for her nausea, would it be possible for her to take Doxinate Plus to alleviate it? ## Yes

I am on several medications and I would like to know if they harm a baby early in a pregnancy. I may be pregnant, less than 3 weeks along (waiting for blood tests) but I am worried that my life-long medications have already harmed the baby if I am in fact pregnant. I have cerebral palsy and chronic pain and am on these medications to treat all my symptoms - Tramadol, Ibuprofen, Diazepam, Temazepam, Cetirizine, Paracetamol, Propanolol, Amitriptyline, Oxybutynin and Tranexamic Acid. ## Hi Emma, Quoted below are the pregnancy warnings for each of the 10 drug names that you mentioned in your description. Is it safe to be intimate during a 1 week rest after taking of 21 days worth of micropil? ## Yes, you are still protected from pregnancy, even during the week off, since they prevent ovulation, as long as you didn't skip taking any pills. I have been taking trial sprintec for over a yr and I want to be intimate with my boyfriend for the first time but I'm worried about the risk of getting pregnant. Are there a lot of pregnancy scares with this pill? Because I can't take any chances. Please answer. ## If you have been taking them daily, without missing any pills, as you should, then they have no higher of a failure rate than any other oral contraceptive on the market, which is less than 1%. ## I'm been taking sprintec for about a month now finished one pack and got my period only a day late but on schedule 1/25/12. Then i missed 3 pills back to back due to the pharmacy not having my prescription in stock now i'm on my period 2/9/12 like two weeks early. What's happening?

I want to know the use of this medicine in pregnancy, and the dose rate and duration in which it can be used? I'm afraid whether they'll be any side effects to the baby. ## Isoxsuprine is used during pregnancy to prevent premature labor. If you are having a problem with premature labor, then it means your doctor has decided that the benefits of using the medication outweight the risk. They will also carefully evaluate the dosage and duration of use, so you should follow their instructions. If you don't, you risk having your baby to early, it could be stillborn or born with severe health problems. Are there any comments or questions? ## even my gynac suggested to use this medicine.
