I need this for my uninformed Doctor. ## Finding a comparable dose with any two medications would likely involve at least some degree of trial and error in order to make an informed decision. A "comparable" dose is also subject to one's opinion and not necessarily evidence-based factors, due to the fact that these medications are not created equally. Individual body chemistry, tolerance, metabolism, age, weight, etc, can all influence this opinion as well. Zenzedi reportedly contains dextroamphetamine sulfate, whilst Adderall contains amphetamine + dextroamphetamine (Mixed Salts). I was taking Windamet tablets for diabetese which seems to have been withdrawn by the company.Now the Doctor has advised PIO M 15 tablets in its place. Can someone inform which tablet is better? ## Windamet contains Rosiglitazone and Metformin. The Rosiglitazone has been banned, due to the fact that is can cause sever cardiac problems. So, any medication that contains it has been removed from the market. PIO M 15 contains Metformin and Pioglitazone, which is in the same class of medications, but has not been proven to cause the same dangers. There isn't any one med that can be said to be better for any one person, than any other. You really just have to try it and see how it works for you. Can it be dangerous to take Invega Sustenna? Are the risks worth the benefits of this medication? ## as far as I know, 4.5% in comparison to 2.6 % on placebo died, but not sure if those were only elderly patients or not. when I asked about weight gain, lots of medicines said taht weight gain is 10 %, unfortunately I have always been in those 10%. So now the risk is 5%, according to my experience the risk to die would be 50/50 then, that is in fact a high risk and I would prefer 5% 5/100, but I have a hard time believing in the statistics given my experiences. I get gout. Whats better for keeping it down, naproxen 500mg or indomethacin 50mg? Also how much % of antinflamatory is in the naproxen 500mg? ## Because both of these medications are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), their effectiveness is going to depend upon a comparable dosage to one-another as well as the way your body responds to each medication. Personally, I would look into natural remedies (such as essential oils) as a treatment option, simply due to the fact that there are little or no side effects in comparison to pharmaceutical drugs. As to how much % of anti-inflamatory is in the Naproxen, I don't have an answer to that. Have you tried either of those medications yet to see how well each one helps?

This study is based on a 450 mg/day dose of Tramadol in comparison to a 15mg/day dose of Methadone. So if you ask me, my thoughts are that 50mgs of Tramadol wouldn't have results that are as significant as what was displayed in the clinical trials, since that would only amount to 200-300mgs a day (when taken every 4-6 hours) as opposed to 450mg/day.
