Don T Take Sugar Pills

I have been on Tymlos for 12 months. Over the last few months I am having problems with high blood sugars and a high A1C. I have never had a problem with this before. I am wondering if anyone else has had this issue before? My doctor put me on medication for pre-diabetes. ## Hello. my mother-in-law accidentally took this pill by mistake. she took 2 this morning and 2 this evening. she thought it was her diebetes medicine ## This is an antibacterial med, so the main adverse effects here are going to be to her blood sugar from not taking the diabetes meds, there won't be much afffect from taking a few extra of these, as long as she doesn't have an allergic reaction to them. UGH I should have NEVER skipped the pills and started a new pack. Yes, it delayed bleeding for about 3 days for my anniversary but this isn't worth it. I've been now bleeding for 2 weeks straight. Mostly spotting the last few days but heavy at the time I take the pill each day. I have nighttime acid reflux mostly. The ranitidine works to keep my acid lower but I get very vivid dreams. I try occasional Gaviscon but all these antacids with artificial sugars give me bad gas and are bad for you. They say tums and other antacids would taste too chalky w/o the sorbitol? Too much baking soda is bad for your kidneys... PPIs are generally bad for you. My head is elevated and I don't have any food or drinks for 3 hrs. before bed. I took levothyroxine tablets for over 2 years then stopped. Why did I stop? Because they did absolutely nothing for me -- I kept gaining weight and continued to have all the same symptoms I had prior to taking them. BUT, the most important reason I stopped taking them was because I chewed a tablet (out of mere curiosity) and it tasted just like SUGAR! Oh so sweet.
