WHITE OBLONG TAB ## This is a generic for Vicodin, a very potent narcotic pain killer. It contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs. ## Hydrocodone M357 is 7.5 Mg of pain killer and 500Mg of Tylenol (watch your liver). M367 is 10Mg pain killer and 325 Mg asprin.

The pill with markings az 286 is an over the counter migraine pain reliever. It has tylenol, asprin & caffiene in it. The one I use is generic & is exactly like you described. The pill is round, larger than an asprin, red with Z imprint. What is it? ## May be for schizophrenia. Im trying to find out for sure myself, but have reason to believe thats what its for. ## It actually sounds like you might have found an Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, it is used to treat headaches, fever, and body aches. I found a small yellow round pill that has a capital L on one side. It is not black, it's actually the same color as the pill and it's engraved into the pill.
