I'm having a hard time finding a doctor that will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in New Jersey. I have already had 2 back surgeries as well as numerous IV's and still with no relief. I have degenerative disc disease, 3 herniated discs and one completely gone. I'm in constant pain and nothing helps. I was seeing a doctor that was prescribing 90-180 oxycodone 30mg for almost a year until one day he up and closed his practice with no notice. I am trying to find a pain doc in Central, NJ. I am taking 40mg of oxycontin three x a day and 15mg oxycodone 4 x a day for breakthrough pain and my doc dropped me for running out early after hurricane sandy bc my meds ended up floating in the shark river inlet so i got methadone so i wouoldnt be sick from the er doc. I have herniated discs in my neck and back, with pain down my left leg. I need pain medication. l had fusion surgery on my lumbar years ago. I'm in central NJ, mercer county and these pain mgmt facilities only wanna do inj's. cause it's where the money is. I was in a car accident and had a head injury and my migraines started. They have been on and off all my life and started up again when I get cancer and was given chemo with facial in it. My migraines started up again and were so severe I was going to stop all chemo. They thought I was going to die and assigned me a palliative care pain management doctor. They have set new rules that go into effect May of 2016, that's this month. Unless you have a serious condition and have been on these meds for the treatment of your pain it will no longer be easy peasy getting the appropriate pain relief you need from a general practitioner...
