all information about bioflu medicine ## I took a tablet of Bioflu at around 8pm this evening. I ran out, but I found some Decolsin, which has dextromethorphan HBr, Phenylephrine HCL, and paracetamol. I'm wondering if I can take this instead of Bioflu and how long should I wait till after I took the last bioflu should I take the decolsin just in case. thank you very much!
