Since I use to get pains in my finger both legs and hands so I informed my G.P. He advised for blood test,the result shown Vitamin D is drastically low and must start with CALCEOS TABS and will test the blood again after a month OR else I will have to take the tabs for the whole life. Pl.Suggest me the BEST Vitamines and any Diets. ## You can take Vit D from morning sun light. Doctors advice here in India to take Sun light bath just at the time of Sun rise. One should expose the skin to the sun light. Is this capsule vitamin D3? It has an imprint on it of "NO20". It's from Fred's pharmacy in Gaston, SC. I filled my prescription but I can't find anything about it on the internet. ## It has been a while and I was just about to ask the same question. I filled my d3 50,000IU capsules and got the same pill. It must be some new form rather than the green gel capsules. ## I'd say if you got it filled at a licensed pharmacy (which seems to be the case) then it's more than likely to be what the label says it is, as there's a level of established trust that exists between patients and pharmacies that has to be actively maintained on their part. i am suffering from l4 l5 disc problem is bio d3 max good for me and whats are it's side effects. and i also had other medicines for 6 months like zerodol 100mg and i also had injection of kenanort. is it dangerous for my kidneys or other medicines like painkillers zerodol etc. can you help me by guiding. and what should i do to save my kidneys from these medicines side effects pls reply must.

methycobal 500, is it a drug ? It is use for what purpose? ## It is actually Methylcobalamin and it is a form of vitamin b12. It is taken for vitamin b12 deficiency. I had two injections of prolia and then my doctor said we could stop, because I was well - that was 2 years ago. Now I had a test and it seems my results are worse again. My doctor said to start with bonviva again (medication I used before prolia). I take calcium 1 calcimagon-d3 forte every day. Are there other therapies?
