I have arthritis in my hips and pulled a back muscle at work. Walking is hard to do. Can I take Prednisone and Cyclobenzaprine together? ## You can, as long as your doctor has told you to take them both. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and weight changes. Are you on any other medications? What are the dosages and how long will you be taking them? ## Can I take 4mg Prednisone with 10mg of Cyclobenzaprine at night? I fell down steps and hurt my back. ## I took Prednisone at about 6am today and took Cyclobenzaprine at 10pm. Hopefully there's not a problem with the timeframe between those two doses, right?

I was prescribed cyclobenzaprine 5mg 3 times daily as needed for discomfort and diclofenac pot. 50mg once daily. My complaint was neck and shoulder pain. I was given an xray and was told it could be degenerative joint disease. I take Valsartan/hctz half of a 25mg pill. I took all 3 the other morning and what I would describe as butterfly feeling in my chest like 40 minutes after taking it. Should I stop taking it and call my dr.? As long as they've all been prescribed for you and your doctor hasn't given you instructions not to do so. The main risk is the fact that they all increase sedation, so you may experience a lot of dizziness and drowsiness. It may be too much for you and you might do better taking them at different times of day. The Hydrocodone and Diazepam also carry the risk of being habit forming, according to the FDA. What times do you usually take them and what are the dosages?

dan5658 ## need to know proper doseage and possible side affects ## This tablet is the generic version of Flexeril, called Cyclobenzaprine and is 10mgs. 10mgs is a normal dosage, for the regular release tablet. This type of tablet also comes in a 5mg dosage. There are extended release capsules available in 15 and 30mgs. As to the dosage appropriate for you, only your doctor can decide that.

Robaxin 500mg compaired to Flexeril 10mg, are they considered the same strength or which one is stronger? ## Robaxin contains the active ingredient Methocarbamol and Flexeril contains Cyclobenzaprine. Is it like a lower tab. can i go to work on it? ## I've been taking Naproxen (500mg) for muscle spasms in my back. I take it with food and it still causes nausea and a bit of disorientation...I don't drive for a few hours after I've taken the pill. However, I do not take a Naproxen until I've come home from work. I find that a combination of Naproxen and Cyclobenzaprine (anti-inflammatory) will ease my discomfort in a matter of 2 - 3 days. ## Hello, I believe the next lowest dosage is 375mg.
