This is 650mg of Acetaminophen. A generic form of Tylenol....It is EXTENDED release strength. Regular acetaminophen is 325mg.....Extra Strength 500mg....EXTENDED release is 650mg....also used for the Arthritis pain reliever....Usually found at the Dollar General Stores with their DG on the bottle....Hope ...

Not an rx for sure. Is it for pain? Arthritis? ## Not Rx- it is equivalent to Tylenol Arthritis 650mg - CVS Pharmacy brand or Member's Mark (Sam's Club) ## @Terry, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oblong pill with the imprint Cor 116.
