my pharmacy stoped getting the 30 mg. melloncrodt oxcycodone brand and the other brands get me sick is there anyone that can tell me where I can go get that brand of medication please? ## Ask your Pain Management MD or the MD that wrote the script for you to notate on the script to fill as is. That way a pharmacy can't substitute. ## The only problem with that Zi can't find a pharmacy that carries that brand. : ( sucks ## @Ben, Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anyway of knowing which brand is in stock at any given moment. I think this is because they usually just hand you whatever it is that's sitting on the shelf; and that tends to be from whomever their cheapest supplier is at that time. I'm looking for a dr that sees out of state pain patients ## Unfortunately, due to the new regulations that were put in place as of April 1st, it's not very likely that you're going to find one. They can't treat and/or prescribe for someone that they cannot monitor regularly and your being from a different state means it would be very difficult for them to do. If you are traveling and in pain, you may be able to go to a local ER and get some assistance, but even if they help, it will only be with a small amount of something for pain just to get you through a few days. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Hello. My doctor got shut down and i was on xanax. Does anyone suggest a doctor in the Denver metro area that i can go to so i can continue to get my medicine? Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, if you require such a medication on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a specialist. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area? Do you have any other doctors there that you see regularly? If so, they might be able to refer you to someone.

I am looking into changing pain management doctors. I've been on pain management over 8 yrs. My original one stopped doing pain mgmt last year & it took forever to find one to take my case. Now, i'm starting to question him & would like to know if anyone has any recommendations. I'm taking 40MG of OXYCODONE a day & 100MCG Fentanyl patch, plus Methocarbamol. Those are the "main" ones. I need to know of prescribing doctors who would most likely approve of renewing my prescription of Diazepam 10's. I just got a new mental health doctor and she won't authorize my medication even though my previous doctor before her didn't see a problem with it. I was receiving a 90-count when I was unexpectedly cut off- I am in turmoil and my prescription of Percocet 10's was inappropriately cut off as well. I am having serious troubles coping with the lack of benefits these two medications have on my behavior and personality. Does anyone have problems with the new Colorado "Recommendations" Laws that limits non-cancer patients to 120mg. per day? I have had 4 different doctors quit because it's become ridiculous for them in helping actual patients. I have been disabled since 1996 and have undergone 11 abdominal surgeries. I have never abused pain medication, nor filled one early. I understand trying to stop the illicit drug and Script abuse, but they are hurting myself and other legitimate patients. I wish there was a group who had the ability to bring a legal case against these policies, or something to help. I recently moved to colorado springs from florida... I have PTSD, anxiety, depression and seizures the list goes on and on. I have a prescription for clonazepam right now but it really doesnt work for anything but the seizures for me and need a doctor that isnt totally against trying something like xanax or at the very least prescribe me more clonazepam. i really dont wanna waste my time going to a doc that wont help me. My mom is an RN and on xanax and it helps her a lot, i know its addictive etc etc but when you need something to help you function thats a bit more important! if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone in the Denver area know where I can go to get Dilaudid prescribed? I have back issues and can't get my hands on strong enough meds yet. New to Colorado. ## Dilaudid is rarely prescribed for chronic pain. This will be hard to find in any state. ## We normally don’t prescribe Dilaudid for chronic pain. We usually reserve this potent medication for acute pain and as an adjunct to anesthesia. Dilaudid has a very short duration of action, while it does relieve pain within seconds after injection, it’s not the optimal treatment for chronic conditions.
