Is this tablet used for heart health? ## my father is 57 years old and a patient of heart disease. he's having probelm with clopitab-A. after having it in the morning he feels very sleepy. why is it happening? should he have it with breakfast or at night? plz do reply. ## Does clopitab A (75 mg) cause inflammaition in the eyes, ears and throat? if so, why? and what should be done to relieve the patient from the pain? ## Sorry, this medication is not available in the U.S. and finding information on meds from other countries is very difficult since they aren't as strictly regulated. My Dr. advised this tab. What purpose is it for? My blood pressure is 90-140. Is it is for that purpose? There is also a swelling on the upper side of my right leg. ## Clopitab is used to prevent strokes and heart attacks in patients at risk for these problems. What is the exact usage of CLOPILET A 75 mg ? How this tablet works ? If it is for thin Blood, then what's the use of Ecosprin ? The usage purpose of CLOPILET and Ecosprin are different ? ## Therre are three blocks in my heart found out from angiogram. Doctor advises open sugery. But Iam not interested. Sir,On 12 Aug 2014,I suffered from ischemic heart disease with diastolic dysfunction and mild LVH. LVEF was 35%approx. I underwent PTCA to LAD,one blockage90%, on 16 Aug 2014. Ihad my angioplasty done on 1st Aug 2011. I have been taking plavix 75mg for the past 2 weeks. This medicine is very costly 14 tablets costa around Rs1500/-around 30 dollars.I am from India. Can I replace this with Clopilet A 150 which also contains the same active ingrdinet clopidogrel anti coagulating agent pl advice I cant afford this medicine. ## Actually, Clopilet-A contains Clopidogrel and Aspirin, so I wouldn't advise switching to it, without your doctors approval. The regular Clopilet would be the equivalent medication that just contains Clopidogrel and, in that case, there should be no harm in switching, as long as you are taking the correct dosage. I always take clopidogrel in a morning at 7am, this morning I have not got my tablets with me. can I take my tablet this afternoon when I get back home at 2pm. I am suffering from Type-II diabetes. My doctor prescribed me Galvas Met 50 500mg, one tablet in the morning only, along with Glycomet 500mg in the morning & evening.
