I have to have a MRI and have a couple of pills left from my last MRI from 3 years ago can I still use them ## Hi Barb, There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. But the question is whether or not the drug you have happens to be one of these drugs from...

Hi. Can you please tell me what the symptoms of using expired Canex V are? ## In this case, since it is an antifungal cream that's commonly used treat yeast infections, the worst side effects would like be a funny odor and skin irritation, according to the NIH. Hi People, I see that there is a lot of confusion and anxiety out there about Lexapro (and SSRI's in general). So many questions. So many hopes and fears. I decided to share my experience so that maybe I can help someone searching for answers. Firstly, Lexapro effects will generally depend on why you are taking them. For me, I was diagnosed with Panic Disorder back in my early 20's. I'm 43 now. So I have lived with this for a looooong time. I never took an antidepressant for more than a month until I hit age 35. This is because I was an alcoholic in denial. A binge drinker. And you really can't mix antidepressants and booze. If you have a drinking problem then you need to address that before you can ever battle anxiety properly. I know how difficult it is to quit drinkin...

Filed under ClarithromycinI am having trouble with the pex-2 I bought from India cause I have no insurance and my job doesn't offer it. Anyway it relieves my anxiety/panic disorders and it helps with my depression but on some nights I have EXCRUCIATING panic attacks where I want to call 911. My question would be a mute point if I had insurance I would just go get instant release from a doctor. My last order from India took 41 days. OK finally my question. How should I take these in order to receive the most benefits? When I put them in my mouth they dissolve VERY QUICKLY like under 2 mins. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
Filed under AnxietyIf a prescription expired can you still take them ## I'm not not an MD so I cannot say whether or not it is still safe to consume an expired pill, but my opinion is that you should take caution as to how long it has been expired for. I personally wouldn't take it if it is more than a week expired, because not only would the ingredients degrade over time and not be as effective, but perhaps in some medications the chemical makeup may be altered over the years and there's always a greater risk of unwanted side effects that are associated with that. My advice is to play it safe and just let it go. ## Can I take guaifenesin if it expired Oct 2015. Would it help me out with the mucous
I have a terrible rash on my neck, chest and spreading to my breasts. I am on 20 mg. of prednisone (reduced from 30 mg) and have been for almost a month. Could this rash be from the prednisone?? ## It might be, but I have to say that it's rather difficult to say, because there could be several reasons. Aside from the fact that there's always a chance of suddenly developing an allergy or sensitivity to something, regardless of how long you've been taking it or been exposed to it… These steroid medications also have an effect on your immune system, so it could have caused an allergy or sensitivity to something else to pop up. Learn more Prednisone details here. Is it an itchy rash, or a rash that's just kind of there? You should talk to your doctor about ...

I do not see the answers to this question. You have to be in full blown withdrawals. I wanted something to get of 40 mg of oxycodone and then the doctor told me I could have withdrawals if I took too soon so your going to be in withdrawals anyway. Im scared. What kind of drug can you take so you don't get that opioid withdrawal syndrome. Wish sounds as about as scary as withdrawals ## Tunpuli, Well no matter how you proceed you will have to experience some level of Withdrawl Before you can transition to one of these ORT medications. It is highly advisable to seek care with a trained medical provider so they Can initiate treatment at the appropriate time.Good luck in this new Phase of your life. ## @tupuli, Re: "how long after taking zubsolv can you use opiate" With all due r...
If I took a zubsolv this AM can I safely take an opana tonight? ## @big a, Depending on how much you took and how frequently you take Zubsolv, it seems like most comments on here recommend waiting at least a few days before you can feel the full effects of something like Opana. This is mainly due to buprenorphine's long half-life of anywhere between 24 to 60 hours (at which point half of what you took is still working in your system). However if it was just a one time thing, I'd imagine that you probably wouldn't have to wait quite as long. Does anyone else have personal experience switching from Zubsolv to an opiate after short term use? ## I'm taking zubsolv and want to know if I can still take my fioricet for my headaches. Without bad side effects...... ## Yes you can...
