It could be any on of a number of over the counter items, including Ibuprofen or nutritional supplements. I really wish I could help more.

My Sister was given this pill in the Hospital but was not told what it was or what it was for . It looks like a little brown Football with PAR 858 on it. ## Does the imprint say PAR 858 or PAR 868? That's just my opinion looking at the images, but I consider them quite awful…and for anyone else looking, there are actually 3 different shades of this same tablet and the manufacturer calls all of them orange… However, one is bright red, one is more of the brownish color similar to the original Advil tablets and the other is much closer to orange.
