The round light blue pills I found in my bedroom have a clear imprint of capital letter and a number I3. It is a size if and aspirin but not one of the medicine in my house. I keep all Med out of reach of my 20 month daughter. I have seen her father, my husband acting different for about a month or so. I need help to identify this pills. Blue oval shaped pill with L347 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is most likely an over the counter sleeping aide, but I can't find a definitive ID on it in the drug databases. Usually, when the imprint starts with an L then it is an over the counter type of Acetaminophen or Tylenol. Also, the PM may indicate that it is Tylenol PM (Acetaminophen with Diphenhydramine); or Benadryl. Hopefully someone else on here who has it in their possession can post the drug details.
