light blue oblong ## I can't find any listing in our prescription drug resources that has this marking and is light blue and oblong. I have a strong suspicion from the shape and color that this is something available over the counter, however, there is a small possibility that it could be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Tylenol P.M. ## Equaline brand Sleep aid. Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg Same drug and dose as allergy medicine (Benadryl and generic equivalents). Just a light blue color tablet instead of pink. I've been talking diphenhydramine for allergies every day for years, doesn't make me sleepy.

I found a round light blue pill with S 25 on one side and the other side has nothing on it. light blue tab with s253 on front. The s is above to 253 with a line divideing. The other is orange with a cursive R on front and on back with 128.
