Depending on whether you filled a script at a licensed pharmacy, received a pain pill at a hospital, or obtained it through other means, the answer to this question should be pretty obvious in that licensed pharmacies and hospitals usually dispense identifiable tablets. The counterfeit a215s are a darker blue and look just a little larger...I have seen real 20mg percs and they were a grey color and I filled a prescription for some 15s from giant pharmacy and they were peach colored. ## User reports suggest that there is a bad ex or speed-like chemical in these pills. I got a pain shot in my lower left back. I now have quarter sized hole that is skin to top of back pelvis. I'm in more pain than before the shot & now my Dr. Is not accepting blue cross anymore & I only have 6 doxycycline left. Feels like my back is broken sometimes. I'm 39 & my body feels 90. I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. One is for high blood pressure and one is for pain relief, so there's really no logical way to compare their efficacy. My Dr prescribes 20mg oxycodone on a monthly basis for my chronic pain. I've been having to take a UA every month when I go to see him. Is this normal practice? I don't abuse the pills. He will only prescribe 75 20 b mgs per month. This is not enough to control my pain but it at least lessens it. Should I find a different dr? I've been a patient there for 5 years. need to know what look like ## Oxycontin is a time released formulation of the narcotic Oxycodone, it is now only available as the name brand manufactured by Purdue to try to better control the supply to curb abuse, theft and diversion. The original formulation had the letters OC on the tablets, with a number designating the dosage on the opposite side. The new formulation uses the letters OP. The color coding is as follows: 10mg white 20mg pink 30mg brown 40mg yellow 60mg red 80mg green and the 160mg that is no longer manufactured was blue. You can learn more Oxycontin details here.
