This multivitamin shouldn't cause weight gain. Biotin is a very popular supplement for the health of the hair, skin, and nails. I've taken a similar supplement with Biotin before and it did seem to make my hair/nails grow faster and stronger. Is Tab Follihair and Bitozed Forte equivalent.. ? As my earlier dr had prescribed for hair loss Follihair tab to me, & now another dr had prescribed Bitozed Forte...now since I have Sufficient BItozed Forte tablets with me,can I continue finishing same before I switch over to Follihair? Or I should just forget Bitozed & start Follihair,if it is not equivalent...pl suggest ## I actually can't find a specific listing of the exact ingredients in the Bitozed, but I can tell you that both of these are just nutritional supplements that contain a complex of vitamins and minerals that are essential to your overall health.
