Birth Control Patch

Hello im on week four of the birth control patch going on day three and my period has not started is this normal ## Hello, Tee! How are you? I'm sorry, but I'm not clear, are you wearing a patch this week or not? Because you're only supposed to wear them for 3 weeks, then take the fourth week off. However, either way, yes it can be normal to have irregular periods due to the hormones in them. The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.

The FDA lists the other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms. It it continues past 3 to 4 months, you should consult your doctor, as you may need to try a different contraceptive. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have taken this birth control for one week . My side effects were nausea and a seizure. I do not have a seizure disorder. The other honest possibilility is an increase in anxiety which led to "seizure like" symptoms. Either way I have taken the patch off after one week. ## Hello, Ang! How are you? A neurologist, an er doc, and my primary care doc. I realize those are common side effects, I had trouble sleeping and nausea as well ...
