How can I stop hair loss due to taking Amlodipine 10mg? ## I would personally recommend natural alternatives to counteract it, that way there is no risk of having even more side effects associated with another prescription medication. I found that supplementing with liver pills is a great source of iron, biotin, and B-vitamins which help to keep hair strong and healthy. Another reliable option is supplementing with fish oil or hemp seed oil; particularly the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are great for hair. 36 year old female, 2 kids(5 yrs. & 10 mos.) Had terrible post pardum depression and anxiety attacks. I am 17 year old and I have many gray hairs please tell me how to.stop the spread of gray hairs ## @Niranjan, I do think gray hair is a bit unusual at that age, but if you consider yourself to be an otherwise healthy individual, I'd be curious to find out whether its presence could simply be a naturally occurring genetic trait? One thing I would encourage you to do though is to have blood work done in order to check for any important nutrient deficiencies (specifically B vitamins). According to an article I found online, if you don't obtain enough vitamin B5 and B6 through your diet, your hair can actually lose its natural color. There are well known side effects of it and they tend to continue. Have you consulted your doctor? They might be able to make some suggestions to help with the dry skin.
