I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. I would recommend going to your nearest pharmacist and ask them if they can identify it for you. I believe some pharmacist have a machine that breaks down the pill to identify the drug.
