Round beige pill crescent moon on one side the other side is either 311 or 3h. I believe it's made by actavis but not sure what kind of pill this is and can't find anything about it during my searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ## The closest match I've seen here by Actavis was a round "pink" pill with a crescent moon on one side and 311 on the other. That particular tablet reportedly contains 60mgs of Morphine sulfate ER. I think your guess about the manufacturer being Actavis is spot on, due to the crescent moon. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, sedation, and dry mouth. Are there any other questions? ## Cyclobenzaprine is Flexeril, Brand name.
