I have deficiency of B12, & the results show 132. I have been prescribed to take Nervup OD Tablets. Will it help me? ## You should take it as directed by your doctor. The NIH does warn that it may cause some nausea, due to its potency. Are you on any other medications? I have been using Ferrimed for a long time, but my iron and blood deficiency became worse. I am always very tired, sleepy and listless. A specialist physician said I most probably have bleeding ulcers due to too much stomach acid. I repeatedly told him that I have NEVER had heart burn or acid reflux my whole life. If you are having any neurologic problems, then Methylcobalamin is really a MUST- and there are some other benefits of Methylcobalamin. But it is a bit more expensive and if cost is an issue and you don't have neurologic problems, then any one is fine. I have a Vitamin B12 deficiency. This was found in 2002. I completed my course of treatment for 6 months. After that I took 2x more. recently I checked again and found it to be a very low level of Vitamin B12. Previously as per my doctor's prescription I used Vitamin B12 With Vitneuron (Glaxo), this combination of B1, B6 & B12 and my levels were recovered very soon after. Now I am searching for this medicine but it's not available in the market and out of stock. I am having B12 deficiency. Before 6 months I took around 10 B12 shots and simultaneously I took Nuroday H tablets also. AFter that it went fine. My doctor advised me to take Nuroday H tablets after every 6 months for 15 days. After 6 months, this is the first time I have started taking these tablets and till now I have taken around 4 tablets. Now I feel some kind of nausea and imbalance. I feel this especially after a quick movement or suddenly getting up or immediatly after waking up from bed etc. I want to know if this is a side effect of Nuroday H tablets or something else?
