Have been taking bilocor for 3/4 years, have developed a scalp condition - pityriasis amantacea which my dermatologist can be a rare side effect of bilocor. I wake up with terrible muscle pain and run a fever and get cold shivers at night. The same simptoms I had when I got tick bite fever. I have just realised that it may be this medication.
